What data we process
What you give us in the website forms and the Telegram bot: name, phone, preferred contact channel, language, and the details of your request (car type, budget, link to the car you like, interest in financing and, if you enter them, indicative amount and term). Also technical usage data: IP address, browser and the page from which you send a request or press a contact button.
Why
To handle your request, contact you on the channel you chose (WhatsApp, Telegram or a call), prepare a car selection or a price calculation, and follow up commercially. Technical data is used to measure which parts of the site work (e.g. how many people press "WhatsApp" on each car) and to prevent abuse.
Legal basis
Your consent when sending the form and pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). For usage metrics and abuse prevention, our legitimate interest in improving and protecting the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Financing
If you show interest in financing, the amounts and terms you enter in the calculator are indicative only and are not shared with any lender without your explicit authorisation in a later step.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is processed on our behalf by providers needed to run the service: Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, EU), Cloudflare Inc. (network and protection), Telegram (messaging, if you choose it), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp, if you choose it) and DeepL SE (text translation). If in the future we use an automated assistant to answer messages, the model provider (Anthropic PBC) will process the conversation content to generate replies; we will say so in the chat itself.
How long
While we handle your request and at most 2 years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or a legal retention duty applies (e.g. invoicing).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to info@autoalemania.es stating the right you want to exercise. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify people, and we store in your browser (localStorage) only your form progress and the number of your last request so you can resume it.
